Do you offer personalised items?
Yes! Most of our products can be personalised — names, dates, inside jokes, quotes… you name it. Just follow the product instructions or send us a message if you’re unsure.
How do I send you my custom design or logo?
Once you place your order, you'll receive instructions to upload or email us your file. We prefer high-resolution black-and-white images for best results.
How long will my order take?
Standard items: 3–5 working days to dispatch
Personalised orders: 5–7 working days
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the UK and Channel Islands. If you're outside these areas, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack everything with care, but if something does arrive broken, just send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll send a replacement or refund — no fuss.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes! We work with hampers, corporate gifting, and retail partners. Get in touch to discuss your needs and we’ll create a custom quote.

Our engraved items are built to last, but a little love goes a long way:
Slate: Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid harsh scrubbers
Wood: Hand wash only, never soak; oil occasionally to preserve finish
Do not microwave or dishwasher any engraved item.

Custom items: Non-refundable unless faulty
Non-personalised items: 14-day return window
