From Tech Support to Laser-Cut Craftsmanship – Made in Guernsey

Hi there! We’re Robin & Joni, the husband and wife duo behind Corsaire Creations, a slate and wood laser engraving venture we run on nights and weekends around our full time Service Desk day jobs. After a tough 2024 (family loss, burnout and one impulse-buy laser that literally lit up the spare bedroom) we've spent months melting slate, toasting timber and perfecting the crisp lines you see today.

Our mission is simple: make engraved gifts people love to give and can’t wait to receive. Every coaster, cheeseboard, house sign or one off “can you do this?” project is designed, burned and buffed in tiny batches from our front bedroom. No warehouses. No production lines. Just two lifelong support pros, plus one very enthusiastic shop dog, who swapped error codes for the satisfying sizzle of a 40 watt laser.

Because we spend our days rescuing clients from IT gremlins, first class service is baked in: fast replies, zero jargon, proofs before we burn and a genuine “we’ve got you” attitude. Locals at weekend markets already rave about the crisp detail and deep engraving depth. Now it’s your turn to test us.

Customer service ninja with a soft spot for hardwood grain and upbeat playlists. Keeps projects (and Robin) running smoothly.

Bailey

A cheeky pup who supervises every burn, provides tail-wag audits and guarantees snack crumb quality control.
